We are pleased to offer Quebec residents FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100 and above and a $10 FLAT RATE for orders below $100.

We offer a $15 FLAT RATE shipping fee for all other Canadian provinces and a $20 FLAT RATE throughout the United States. 


All our orders are shipped within 7 business days from our distribution center in Montreal, Canada. We will gladly send you a tracking number when your order is out our door and on route to yours! Should you have any inquiries at any time, do not hesitate to e-mail

We do not offer worldwide shipping at this moment in time.


Returns & Exchanges

Full price unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased at may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please keep returned merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Here’s how to complete your return:

Email with the following:

  • Order number & the merchandise you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as MATLETIK is not held responsible for any lost returns.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. MATLETIK is not responsible for any lost returns.
  2. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  3. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return.
  4. Reduced price items must be returned at the customer's expense.
  5. Customs charges apply to US orders.

Gift return

The return procedure for a gift is the same as a standard order. Please follow the procedures outlined in Returns.

Do you want to return an item bought from one of our retailers?

All purchase inquiries, returns and exchanges must be claimed at the store level. Each of our retailers has their own exchange policy and we kindly respect their procedures.
