We are pleased to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $150 for all Canadian provinces.
All our orders are shipped within 7 business days from our distribution center in Montreal, Canada. We will gladly send you a tracking number when your order is out our door and on route to yours! Should you have any inquiries at any time, do not hesitate to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer worldwide shipping at this moment in time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy and FREE for Canadian customers.
Full price unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased at matletikworld.com may be returned free of charge if postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Please keep returned merchandise in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
Here’s how to complete your return:
Email email@example.com with the following:
- Order number & the merchandise you wish to return
- The reason for your return
A return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Things to keep in mind:
- We recommend that you keep the return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. MATLETIK is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
- We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return.
- Reduced price items must be returned at the customer's expense.
- Customs charges apply to US orders.
Defective or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return procedure for a gift is the same as a standard order. Please follow the procedures outlined in Returns.
We recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then submit a new order.

Do you want to return an item bought from one of our retailers?
All purchase inquiries, returns and exchanges must be claimed at the store level. Each of our retailers has their own exchange policy and we kindly respect their procedures.
